Main Areas of Responsibility:
Following a week-long training, Loaned Executives will manage local companies' workplace campaigns, supporting companies' internal Employee Campaign Managers and making presentations asking employees and companies to give to United Way of Central New Mexico, the Community Fund and/or any nonprofit organization.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Help CEOs and Employee Campaign Managers set achievable, but exciting campaign goals. Assist in developing campaign plans and with the implementation of campaigns. Emphasize Leadership Giving. Make presentations at employee meetings. Arrange for speakers and tours. Help coordinate special events. Assist in tabulating and reporting campaign results. Evaluate campaigns and make recommendations for next year.
