Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for nursing intervention such as activities, procedures, and treatment provided to treat a physical condition, illness, or chronic disability for clients under the DD Waiver. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; develop and implement Nursing Care Plans for Clients, review MARS for safety and accuracy, provide on-call as needed for La Vida DD Waiver clients.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must be able to work 20 hours a week, make physical assessments, travel to Socorro for Home visits and work with Family Living clients as needed.
