Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

1. Trainers provide 8 hour hands-on courses to small business owners and entrepreneurs.
2. Work with other trainers to improve and revise training program content as needed.
3. Maintain accurate records of training participant numbers.
4. Participate in Trainers team meetings.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Training Schedule
The FFNM training schedule requires a minimum of 20 hours per week (for Trainers teaching
two 8 hour course per week) and a maximum of 40 hours per week (for trainers teaching three 8
hour courses per week). Applications will be considered for part-time of full-time work. Travel
to locations including Gallup, Aztec, Taos, Raton, Clovis, Socorro, will be required.

Additional Considerations:
Required: Valid New Mexico driver’s license and current insurance.
Physical Requirements: constant talking, listening, standing, use of visual senses, frequent walking, sitting, keyboarding and repetitive motions of hands/wrists.
Fast Forward is a statewide project and trainers will be required to conduct overnight travel
within New Mexico. All allowable travel expenses (gas, food, lodging) are reimbursed. Actual
expenses - not per diem - are covered.
