Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

1. Planning, organizing, and executing Healthy Marriages trainings
2. Preparing necessary materials for the trainings and seminars
3. Representing the Healthy Marriages program to other professional organizations, institutions, and not-for-profits.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Identifying, cultivating, and soliciting participant couples, Identifying obstacles and incentives for recruitment and enrollment, working collaboratively.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Full time position. Degree in related field and experience in providing skills training, mentoring, and group facilitation to couples. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
