Main Areas of Responsibility:
Secures grant funding for district and Foundation. Oversees Foundation grant program, manage grant cycles, workflow processes, handles relationships with the Foundation grantees and collect evaluation reports. Coordinates the Foundation Disbursement Committee and works closely with the APS Foundation Board of Directors. Provide support for Foundation donor recruitment, donor relations, and donor/grantee recognitions. Prepares grant applications, compiles required data for the grant submission.

The role of a grants manager is to plan and execute the grantmaking process by working with the finance team to work within the annual budget, support program staff in researching funding opportunities, manage documents and deadlines, track grantee results, and much more.
