Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Grant and Development Director. This position, approximately 25-30 hours per week, with room for growth and expansion, will play a key role in Santa Fe, NM's highly regarded behavior health and training center. Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Grants and Development Director is responsible for writing all grant applications, implementing and maintaining contract agreements and contract compliance, identifying new funding streams, including individual donor cultivation, generating donor communications, and executing special events and fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate would have some experience with non-profit grant writing and fund management and a range of development skills.
