Main Areas of Responsibility:
Manage Oversight of Financial Functions, Accounts Payable, Budgeting & Payroll
Oversee all payroll processes and review what the bookkeeper has prepared for the Director
Track expenses and revenue from the payroll process. Save expenses onto the correct Excel sheets and backup drive and enhancing systems for records including for reporting purposes
Ensure that all subscriptions for maintaining programs and operations for GJ are up to date and in compliance.

Advisory and Ambassadors Council
Assist with all communications with the GJ Advisory Council
Along with the Director, plan and organize advisory and ambassador meetings and planning sessions
Assist with advisory and ambassador donor drive activities
