Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position operates in a fast-paced setting with a strong focus on customer service. Must be able to handle several tasks simultaneously and maintain a warm and compassionate demeanor. The expectation of this position is to provide guests with the services they request promptly; prepare for and check in all guests on arrival; efficiently and accurately complete all front desk procedures.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Considerable database management responsibilities and use of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Outlook and Word).
• Multi-line phone system and on-call responsibilities
• Cash handling experience required
• Complete room inspections, assisting with any transportation needs and lingering third party billing problems, other duties as assigned.
