Main Areas of Responsibility:
Facilitates the programming needs of the child and family component of the two generation programs; collaborates with staff, volunteers, and outside agencies and organizations as necessary to provide services to meet client’s needs; keeps appropriate documentation of activities while maintaining legal and ethical requirements regarding resident confidentiality; assists in keeping the issues of homelessness before the community.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
1. Provide overall administration and coordination of the child and family component of the two-generation program which includes coordinating and facilitating activities, scheduling presenters, managing volunteer engagement, and fostering family and community growth. Flexible schedule, although two evenings per week are required.
