Main Areas of Responsibility:
Saranam helps families end poverty and homelessness through housing, education, and supportive communities. As the FAC, you will cultivate volunteer engagement, and develop fun and engaging evening life skills activities for our families. We seek candidates who will assist our families develop supportive relationships through positive guidance and nurturing.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with a diverse population. You will schedule presenters and lead activities designed to improve life skills and build relationships. The FAC is responsible for general tidiness and stocking supplies in our family center. We provide de-escalation and trauma informed care training.
