Main Areas of Responsibility:
Implement strategic goals, objectives, policies and procedures as developed with and by the Board.
Provide direction and leadership to the School, teachers and staff in the consistent achievement of the School's philosophy, mission, strategy and goals.
With the President and Treasurer, consistently adhere to the financial objectives and policies of the School.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee daily operations; increase enrollment; retain families.
Lead/supervise teachers; with Board develop, implement/document personnel policies and procedures; maintain knowledge of trends in education.
Oversee fund raising planning and implementation.
Oversee and manage fiscal planning and implementation; recommend yearly budget for Board approval.
Assure School is consistently presented in strong, positive manner to Community; develop/maintain broad network of contacts.
