Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director of Substance Abuse and Adult Services/Project Director(ED SUD/AS) provides oversight to clinical directors and overall management/clinical integrity and performance of the clinical programs. The ED SUD/AS is closely aligned with strategic initiatives and works closely with the clinical directors in assessing needs, making recommendations, and implementing strategic initiatives for clinical services.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
Current LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LADAC or other independent license accepted by the state of New Mexico for the provision of counseling or social work.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with adult population including SUD, SMI and veterans.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in clinical supervision.
Proven experience in healthcare quality management, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
