Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director leads the RGCDC, overseeing strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operations. Daily tasks include meetings with board members, department heads, and staff to align goals and address challenges. They also focus on fundraising, policy development, and staff management to ensure the organization achieves its mission effectively.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field, or in place of a degree, at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
