Executive Director

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director of TCC reports to the President/CEO of TCO/TLTCS, the Chief Operating Officer of TLTCS and the Board of Directors of TCC. He/she will be responsible for the overall administration, management and performance of TCC programs. The Executive Director will work in collaboration with the TLTCS COO on the day to day operational activities and initiatives.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assumes overall accountability and responsibility for TCC.
Supervises the local leadership team (6 direct reports, 3 dotted-line reports, total center staffing in excess of 100) and ensures the job responsibilities of all direct reports are defined and understood. With the TCC Board of Directors, develops a strategic plan for TCC programs, including short and long-term financial and service objectives, financial and quality standards, and operational policies and procedures.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in human services related field including, but not limited to, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing or Social Science. Master’s or other advanced degree is highly preferred. Experience in human services delivery, including significant supervisory or administrative oversight experience. Thorough knowledge of current concepts, theories, and practices related to home and community-based care for the elderly and disabled adults. Located in Albuquerque.
