Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the CEO in the areas of scheduling & calendar management, meeting preparation, minutes, follow up documentation, liaison w/the BOD and internal staff at all levels. Supports donor database gift processing. This position prefers a BA’s degree; a H.S. diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management, high proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and research skills. Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to relate to the public. A valid NM driver’s license with clean record and a satisfactory criminal background check are required.
Salary Range:
Pay range starts at $17.82 per hour/$37,065 annually, DOE.
