Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsibilbe for managing Enrollmnet staff through coaching, training, evaluation, and retention. Strategic planning, program eval. assess performance measurements

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Develop a& implement program eval tools,continous improvement P & P's, data base mngt., Monitor work flow and tracking systems, prepare monthly, quartlerly and end of year outcome reports

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred, 7-10 yrs. superviosry exp. Adult and child interviewing and assessment exp.
