Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for managing Enrollment staff through coaching, training, feedback, evaluation, and retention. Responsibilities include strategic planning, program evaluation, assessment of performance measurements, coaching to the team, file review and ensuring Enrollment Department is meeting team goals and contributing positively to agency goals.

The successful manager will produce positive and measurable outcomes in the following areas: achievement of interviews completed goals, new match goals, match retention rates and timely processing of volunteers and children; customer satisfaction; and high quality assessments of volunteers and children
