Main Areas of Responsibility: 

An experienced and creative person who understands how to lead a team. Passionate about providing transformative experiences for each guest. Significant experience using metrics to evaluate services and design improvements. Leads, evaluates, and improves all services related to the daily guest experience at Ghost Ranch. Includes Reservations, Guest Services, Food Services, Housekeeping, and Retail.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Team Leadership: inspire, train, and oversee department managers
Guest Experience: train team members, improve feedback, create seamless experiences
Revenue and Budget: tighten fiscal practices, experiment with new models for financial
Sustainability, evaluate metrics, create strategic proposals to improve revenue and operations
Quality Enhancement: accountable for high quality service, cleanliness, and safety

Other Information/Requirements: 

Five years in a leadership role with proven success empowering a team.
Five years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
Keen knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in conference center, resort, hotel or tourism industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
