Main Areas of Responsibility: 

ACCION New Mexico • Arizona • Colorado is an award-winning nonprofit leader in the field of microfinance. We are looking for an individual who is a passionate fundraiser to be our Development Director.

Other Information/Requirements: 

You must have 5-8 years of fundraising experience and thrive in an upbeat, fast-paced, fun, accountable, goal-oriented environment. You will also be expected to enthusiastically uphold ACCION's organizational values of passion, pioneering spirit, integrity, excellence and accountability. A Master Degree and bilingual English/Spanish ability are preferred, plus a long-standing and varied fundraising career under your belt.
