Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Dental Receptionist is responsible for projecting a positive first impression of the organization, by communicating effectively with co workers and the general public, and greeting patients and other visitors, determining their needs and directing them accordingly to the appropriate party with complete confidentiality.

MAINTAINS AN ATMOSPHERE OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
by greeting patients and visitors, answering phones, directing calls to staff and/or taking phone messages, communicating in English and/ or Spanish, informing patients about schedules and policies, such as the cancellation policy, sliding fee scale, payment arrangements, as well as complaints and concerns.
