Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for all aspects of SalesForce CRM, including data entry, affiliate wide report development, and software maintenance. The ideal candidate will maintain the integrity of the database, conduct periodic software updates, maximize effectiveness of the DB software, and help staff track, analyze and report activities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Writes and maintains a database Policies and Procedures manual.
Develops and follows a consistent database maintenance program.
Communicates with the Development & Communications Director, the Executive Director, and staff as to what is needed in the way of support.
Maximizes the database capabilities to segment, track and analyze the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns.
