Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for managing the agency’s response to sexual assault crisis calls and services. Coordinating program planning and budget for the Department. Collaborate with other organizations to improve response to and services for victims/survivors of sexual assault.Maintain files and records for grants and relevant statistics. Manage the back-up system for the 24-hour hotline. Supervise Volunteer Coordinator and Victim Advocates(s). Provides crisis intervention to survivors

Implement and supervise effective crisis intervention activities. Ensure crisis services are of the highest quality.
Comply with agency requirements and meet or exceed state, federal and agency standards for file maintenance.Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports.Utilize effective human resource and management skills. Coordinate and supervise Crisis Services staff and volunteerscheduling.Maintain resource and referral information.
