Main Areas of Responsibility: 

WESST is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our organization as a Craft Entrepreneurship Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a comprehensive craft entrepreneurship program that includes training opportunities and consultation services.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, arts management, or a related field. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Proven experience in program management, entrepreneurship support, or small business development, preferably in the craft or creative industry. Bilingual (Spanish) capability is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals and facilitate group discussions.
