Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Develop and implement NM Statewide Sexual Assault Helpline (NMSSAH) in collaboration with the Co-Director of NMSSAH. This position will supervise the training and response of the helpline advocates. Support the implementation of a statewide outreach strategy to promote the NMSSAH and support the quality and integrity of the helpline services.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the field of sexual assault services, with direct experience working in a rape crisis center
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a supervisor
