Main Areas of Responsibility:
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Provide clinical and programmatic oversight for all clinical functions within the agency. Develop and implement client care policies and procedures and supervise the staff responsible .
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, implement, oversee and evaluate all clinical care services provided by the agency
• Design, establish, and maintain a clinical organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization’s goals and objectives;
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate therapy staff including organizing and prioritizing work assignments
• Build effective working relationships with the school system where supervisees are working
• Review, establish, and maintain client care protocol and standards, ensuring that all federal and State policies, regulations, and guidelines for patient care are met;
• Establish and coordinate quality improvement programs for the agency
