Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Boys & Girls Club Del Norte operates 2 club locations in Rio Arriba County serving approximately 200 children in grades K-6. $325K annual budget. The Chief Professional Officer is the Club’s top executive reporting to the Board of Directors and responsible for leading all aspects of the Club’s business, programming and fundraising operations.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Manages staff of 3 FT and 9 PT employees.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelors Degree w/ min. 3 yrs. experience managing NP programs/ops or organizations supporting children (preferably Boys & Girls Clubs). Demonstrated leadership/fundraising/ budget mgt. experience. Requires strong communication skills - English-Spanish a plus. Ability to use std. MS Office software. MUST: be bondable; have no criminal record; submit to background/drug screen/reference checks; hold valid NM driver’s license w/ access to reliable vehicle; enjoy working with school-age children.
