•Supporting the ED in developing strategies, goals, policies.
•Developing and leading the internal management processes (e.g., planning, budgeting, reporting, performance reviews)
•Operational leadership –develop plans that support goals and strategies, and provide hands-on coaching to management to achieve goals
•Managing the Financial, IT, and HR
•Board management
