Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We seek a Chief Advancement Officer with experience building and executing multi-faceted communications and fund development strategies for non-profit programs. This position acts as the bridge between 1) marketing 2) development 3) internal communications and 4) external communications, ensuring a consistent, effective voice across all these four key areas.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Provide oversight and guidance of development, and communications/branding and consistency of message for the entire organization
• Develop a cohesive and well-integrated plan that advances the organization’s internal, external, development, and marketing goals

Other Information/Requirements: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, philanthropy, marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience including a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in fund development, marketing, and public relations experience, CFRE preferred
• Proven track record of raising funds and meeting funding / budget goals

Salary Range: 
$95,000+; DOE
