Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position involves working directly with trainers and students engaging in heavy machine operation and CDL courses and focuses on programming as well as interface with funders, employers, unions, and other community partners. The qualifications are an AA degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience; 2 years of experience working in the areas of workforce development or a closely related field.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Should possess a proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Suites; excellent communication (written and verbal) and research skills.  Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision; knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles; a valid NM driver’s license with clean record and a satisfactory criminal background check. Preference will be given to candidates that have solid experience with curriculum design. Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
