Associate Director of Development, Presidential Scholarship Program

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Associate Director of Development reports directly to the Director of Annual Giving and will be a critical member of the development team. The candidate will personally identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, scholarship prospects, and will collaborate closely with other development professionals and administrators in support of the program goals.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualification Requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution required
• Three (3) or more years related experience in development/fundraising
• Experience in higher education or other non-profit organization
• Previous supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience leading and managing volunteers
