Administrative/Development Assistant

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides administrative support for the CEO, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Chief Development and Communications Officer. Responsible for filing, greeting visitors, answering phones, and other general office duties. Maintains agency website; manages email blasts and social media updates. Provides fill-in support as needed.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Send regular email blasts, stays on top of social media as directed by the Development Department; Assists with direct mailings:Manages Facebook and Twitter postings:Creates other marketing materials as needed: Provide administrative support for other departments within the agency as directed; Assist with special projects as directed; Always maintain confidentiality with regard to employee issues, pay, job postings, securing identification and medical data in compliance with HIPAA.

Other Information/Requirements: 

High school diploma or equivalent; At least 2 years relevant general office experience providing support for multiple areas, preferably in a non-profit setting; Experience in social media; Experience maintaining websites; Experience with intense filing and large mailings; and Reception Experience.
