Administrative Assistant-Donor Relations

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Administrative Assistant serves as a key member of the St. Pius X High School Advancement team and is responsible for maintaining the alumni/donor database including gift entry, gift acknowledgement, reporting, correspondence, and donor relations. She/he serves as the office manager and first point of contact to the public. The position also provides staff support for advancement events and St. Pius X Foundation meetings.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The position requires excellent computer skills, ability to relate to the public and interact with various groups, a High School diploma, and experience imputing data. Preference will be given to those with experience in using various software applications such as donor software and Microsoft (word, excel, office, etc.), managing an office, working in fund raising, and an Associate’s degree.
