Good communication is the key to happy, productive, professional relationships. Poor communication skills are a primary causes of organizational infighting, employee turnover, and poor customer service. By using the Five Cs of communication, participants will be able to reduce misunderstanding by communicating clearly, neutralize conflict by engaging in productive dialogue, and increase productivity by knowing how and when to communicate with consistency, candor, and courage.

Presenter
Melinda Guillemette is Principal and Founder of Melinda Motivates.  Since the beginning of her career, Melinda Guillemette’s passion has been helping professionals find, create and sustain relationships by communicating more effectively. Early on, she served for over a decade as the Marketing Director of a large New Mexico accounting firm. Today, Melinda helps businesspeople grow their leadership skills and learn to communicate intentionally, authentically and clearly, both inside and outside their firms.
