Poor communication skills are a primary causes of organizational infighting, employee turnover, and poor customer service. By using the Five Cs of communication, participants will be able to reduce misunderstanding by communicating clearly, neutralize conflict by engaging in productive dialogue, and increase productivity by knowing how and when to communicate with consistency, candor, and courage.
