Make Work Great: Increase Output, Decrease Stress

To get more output with less stress, you need a culture that helps workers at all levels focus upon their output in productive, positive, energizing ways. This doesn't mean a wholesale change to existing culture, it just means adding a few simple practices - practices that take just a few minutes a day today, and become cultural precedents tomorrow.  Any group, any individual, at any level, can be the one to start.

As a bonus, everyone who registers will receive an assessment that must be completed prior to the training.  You will receive advice based on your individual assessment.

Learning Objectives
-Know how to create more output and less stress
-Know how to implement better accountability up and down the org
-Know how to waste less time/energy throughout the org
-Ability to create better outward facing relations (e.g. with customers, clients, funding sources, etc.)
-Ability to create better inward facing relations (e.g. board/staff, interdepartmental, etc.)
