Board Fiscal Responsibilities - 2011 WEBINAR

Registration is closed for this event

Serving as a board member of a nonprofit organization is more than just a title or resume builder.  It comes with a lot of responsibility and involves oversight of the organization, keeping it focused on its mission, maintaining financial accountability, and following governance requirements. Board members must be informed, independent of undue management influence and independent of personal conflicts of interest.  This one-hour webinar will highlight some of the fiscal responsibilities of board members.
