The Budget Process 4-2008

This session will give you an overview of the budget process. A nonprofit's budget is its board of directors' marching orders to management for the nonprofit's activity. The budget must reflect the nonprofit's mission, vision and tax exempt purpose. This session will give you the tools you need to begin preparing an effective budget along with methods of monitoring the budget. Presented by Dr. Craig White.
