Built on Values

Why is a values centric organizational culture important for your nonprofit?  It is not enough to have values, they must be defined and infuse everything you do.  If your organization is struggling or simply ready to move to the next level, then consider what a values-based culture can do: attract and keep talented personnel; align efforts based on values; and exceed expectations of employees and clients.

Ann and Anne will explore how great companies use values to express transparency and how your organization can build a high performing blueprint for operating and using a Values-based model.  They will illustrate using actual results and samples from business and nonprofit organizations.

Each participant will receive a copy of the book, Built on Values, creating an enviable culture that outperforms the competition by Ann Rhoades with Nancy Shepherdson, foreward by Steven R. Covey.
