What IS keeping your organization from succeeding?  This workshop will take nonprofits from shaping a compelling vision that supports a focused mission to an implementation strategy that effectively utilizes your resources.  The workshop will include tools for engaging stakeholders, board members, staff and volunteers in specific action items that will help your nonprofit build sustainable fundraising and marketing methods.

Presented by Pamela Chavez, owner of Collaboration$ Consulting.  Pamela served as Director of Community Relations for Don Chalmers Ford for 4 1/2 years and Vice President of Community Relations for Wells Fargo New Mexico for 6 years.  She co-founded the Central New Mexico Funders group, which she coordinated for seven years.  She has 30 years experience in strategic planning, fundraising, public relations, volunteer development, board training and implementation tools.

 Full participation in What's Keeping Your Organization From Succeeding is applicable for 3.0 in Category 1.B - Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
