Employee Benefits 10-2009

Registration is closed for this event

Have you ever wondered, how best to benefit your employees with your insurance dollars? Are you confused about legislative compliance issues? Then this class is for you!

The purpose of this class is to provide information about how nonprofits can better understand their group employee benefits renewals. It will cover how to understand your health increases from an underwriter’s perspective giving nonprofit HR professionals the ability to evaluate if the increase is fair and deserved.

This class will also review the types of coverages available and how to strategically plan for your organizations employee benefits including budgeting tips, and ways to reduce cost and improve employee’s satisfaction. In addition, you will be provided with an overview of the group insurance federal and state laws and tips on how best to remain compliant.

Presented by Genevieve Kluckman, an employee benefits professional who has worked in the group insurance field for 10 years.
