Exercising Leadership in Any Situation 5-2009

Learn the key elements of an effective leader and how to apply them. This course will focus on techniques that can be used to influence individuals, direction and outcome in situations where attendees are providing leadership without any form of authority. The group will learn how to portray a positive and confident image, the characteristics of a successful leader and how to build those characteristics within yourself, and how to sell your ideas and get buy in from others.
