This online training covers key responsibilities with links to relevant websites such as the NM Public Regulation Commission and IRS. There are also links for samples of some commonly used documents.

This training is designed to be used at the convenience of nonprofits. Individuals can go through it on their own, or you can gather your board and go through it together. It is for those interested in learning the basic requirements and responsibilities of board service and for Executive Directors and Board members wishing to strengthen their boards.
