Youth Shelter Program Director

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Must have program management experience including, but not limited to: operating plan/budget development and implementation; knowledge of billing systems; familiarity with grant processes and reporting; funding contract compliance; knowledge of billing and data collection systems; licensing requirement compliance community collaboration; and hiring and training of staff.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must have an awareness of trauma informed treatment practices for youth in-crisis; experience providing structure, leading, directing and inspiring staff and youth in a team environment. Experience in residential programs, essential.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master's in human service field with relevant experience as noted above, preferred. Bachelor's in human service field and 3 years relevant experience. Must undergo fingerprinting and background check; have current driver's license and auto insurance; and be at least 25 years of age with a good driving record. CPR/First Aid required.
