Main Areas of Responsibility:
This is a senior management level position. The Violence Prevention Coordinator will oversee and manage EC’s Prevention Department including: a Latino culturally specific leadership development project for adult women, men and youth; an outreach and training program; prevention classes; and healthy norms media campaigns.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Take leadership role in strategic planning, evaluation and implementation of Enlace Comunitario’s primary and secondary violence prevention program;
• Research best practices for culturally specific primary and secondary domestic violence prevention approaches;
• Oversee, coordinate, and maintain established leadership training programs;
• Outreach and secure strategic community presentation venues for youth and adult leaders to present to larger community;
