Regional Program Director

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for all client services and programs in the western region to include budget preparation and management, expansion of program visibility, staff supervision, and implementation of new programs and expansion of existing ones. Works closely with the CPO to maintain effective services and administration. Represents the agency in a professional capacity to the families, clients, community and our various constituents.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Creates opportunity for expansion of other contracts for waivers in the west Texas market including HCS, TxHmL and CDS. Implement new program opportunities for new and existing families.Monitor program expenditures. Visits all regions on a monthly or as needed basis. Increase agency engagement and continually assess opportunities to increase level of independence for clients. Works closely with the Development Director to maintain effective services and expansion of services to the western region.

Other Information/Requirements: 

3-5 years of experience building, expanding and maintaining programs, along with 3-years of proven supervisory experience as well as experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and related conditions is required. Knowledge in Medicaid waiver programs is preferred. Bi-lingual preferred. Employee must not possess a criminal record.
