Psychosocial Rehabilitation Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The PSR Coordinator will be responsible for conducting psycho-educational groups with 12 to 18 clients. He/she will document daily activities and progress of each client towards attaining independence and autonomy. He/she will update treatment plans every 3 months with new psychosocial goals. He/she will report to the Clinical Director. Tri-County Community Services offers a competitive salary & benefits

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelors of Science in behavioral field required. Strong documentation skills & experience preferred.
