Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operations of SHC's property Downtown@700, to include maintaining a high occupancy rate, operating within budget, assessing, collecting and depositing tenant rent, late charges, damage, and other charges, and maintaining the database.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Works with Housing Services Coordinator and supervises Resident Specialists.
Shows community and apartments to prospective residents. Provides excellent customer service to residents, staff members, monitoring agencies, and vendors. Maintain awareness of property performance goals.
Mediate differences between tenants and resolve day to day tenant issues.
Ensure that all units are able to accept Section 8 vouchers as appropriate.
