Main Areas of Responsibility:
Providing admin support to the staff & consultants including:
- Scheduling meetings and arranging logistics (in-person meetings & conference calls/webinars)
- Typing/proofing of documents
- Making travel arrangements
- Processing contracts & invoices
Managing timelines for activities for deliverables, including:
- Preparing master schedule of tasks/responsibilities
- Sending reminders of deadlines & deliverables
- Ensuring deliverables meet requirements
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Managing webinars for clients and other parties, including scheduling, providing technical assistance, assisting with production and promotion
Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment for the technical assistance delivery, conferences or general promotion
Technology resource for staff & consultants, proactive about researching and implementing new technology solutions that fit a virtual work place, responsible for technology needs at conferences
