Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead and conduct Community Forums.
Increase reach of Alzheimer’s Association Common Programs with special emphasis on increasing participation among communities that have typically had low rates of engagement.
Build and expand the impact of Alzheimer’s Association Community Volunteers
Engage, train and manage relationships with community volunteers
Conduct Mission Conversations with community volunteers
Represent the chapter as needed at community events and networking groups

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Develop new, sustainable strategic community partnerships
Build referral partnerships
Analyze service data to identify gaps
Support the implementation of the chapter’s health systems strategy

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree
Experience in managing volunteers
Experience managing program implementation
Experience in community outreach, community mobilization or organizational capacity building projects/initiatives
Must have a valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, good driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for the job
Strong computer skills.
Fluent in Spanish preferred.

Salary Range: 
40,000 - 45,000
