Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for the development, implementation, and compliance reporting of programs and services for underserved vulnerable populations. Suits independent self starter with a track record in program development. Initial funding is one year from United Way.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The program director will have experience working with the elderly, homeless, and special needs populations and be responsible for the following services; case management, community outreach, financial literacy/computer training, vocational/ employment training, onsite social/recreational activities, and other programs that assist residents maintain their independence.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Degree in related field and 5 years demonstrated experience and knowledge of best practices and outcomes. Strong analysis, presentation, budget and computer skills. Knowledge of local, state, federal resources, funding, and compliance requirements. Position requires problem solving and collaborative skills. Bilingual an asset.
