Production Coordinator

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Administrative duties including but not limited to the following:
• Maintain production schedules, performer roster and production contacts
• Communicate with partner venues, technical and theatre crews, performers, volunteers, and families
• Facilitate contracting among venues and artists
• Coordinate day-to-day and event-specific logistics of performances
• Assist in archiving performance recordings, photographs, and collateral
• Maintain costumes and costume inventory system

Other Information/Requirements: 

Preferred Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in technical theater or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years experience in performing arts, stage management, or related fields
• Spanish language proficiency
Other Requirements:
• Covid-19 vaccine required. Those with medical issues or religious beliefs that prevent them from getting the vaccine may provide an exemption from the NMDOH.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance; must pass criminal, driving, and employment background screening.

Salary Range: 
$19.00 - $20.50 commensurate with experience
